5k Alert!

Just to let people know that Friday sees the last chance to run 5k at Fowlmead. Very good surface and great potential for fast times.

At least 3 members have said they are racing.

The action starts at 7.00pm. Arrive before 6.30 for late entries.

A great race to support. More people should support 5ks! (JC opinion!)
